I’m a Contract Talent Sourcer and Researcher that has spent the last four years uncovering Executive Talent for some of the world’s most innovative companies. Driven by curiosity and a love of research, I bring a targeted, thoughtful approach to finding exceptional talent and I do this by going well beyond keyword searches to understand the full context behind every role.

My insatiable curiosity helps me uncover early- to late-stage SaaS companies and identify passive talent within those companies that others may overlook. With more than 15,000 SaaS companies in the United States alone, sourcing is about knowing where to look to capture the right people.

Before building out your pipeline, I deep-dive into the product itself, who’s using it, and who the go-to-market team is selling to. I take time to understand the target customer, the industry landscape, and the challenges the role is designed to solve.
